Ghosted on Valentines day (and month)

Horrible customer service. Flowers ordered for 14/02/2022 Valentines day. Received email confirming delivery on 15/02/2022. Still no flowers received on 22/02/2022. Called customer service twice last week. Emails sent. Horrible experience. Won't even recommend them to my enemies.
