Furious and dissapointed. I will never recommend netflorist to anyone.

Worst service I ever got, so dissapointed and furious. I will never use netflorist ever again nor recommend it to my people. I made an order on the 08 March 2021 for the gift to be delivered on the 12th of March till today no delivery has been made, no feedback has bin gvn, i called them several and no one seems to know why the delivery has not been made. That gift was for a birthday what purpose does it serve now with a late delivery, on the website the is a part where they asked you when should they deliver but clearly that's no use cz my gift is has not been delivered and its now 4 days. I ordered chocolate they probably have melted my order number. ***
