Furious!!!

I placed an order on Friday for R500 it said it will be delivered today as it was a belated birthday and mothers day present today i phoned to hear if it was delivered, just to be told that is was only processed this afternoon and will only be delivered tomorrow!!! after 2 different call center agent told me this morning it was on its way for delivery!!! I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE DO ANY BUSINESS WITH NET FLORIST EVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL FAMILY AND FRIENDS THE SERVICE I RECEIVED!!! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!!! NEVER AGAIN!
