Frustrated at this terrible Services!

This is the worst service; the money was deducted immediately yet delivery can't be done. After trying for almost two hours to get answers, I am finally graced with, I am sorry mam there's nothing I can do. Maybe deliver on your promises? Don't sell lies? Valentines' day is almost over, and I am told maybe we can deliver tomorrow. A load of bull.
