From bad to worse!

I used Netflorist after 2 years that's because their service was terrible!!!!

I placed an order on Thursday for chocolates and flowers but when our stuff was delivered on Friday they delivered the wrong flowers and we phoned and complained they told us they will send the correct flowers on Saturday. We waited the whole day for delivery and nothing came. I am aware they are closed on Sunday.

Netflorist service has not changed for the better but has only gone worse.
