The company itself offers packages that you pay to have delivered the same day. I'm out of the country and paid to have overly priced whisky sent to my cousin for his birthday yesterday, and even after being reassured that the package was sent out for delivery, the package never arrived!

No comms were sent out to say that it was not delivered and the reason provided was that the couriers could not deliver it on time so they returned it to dispatch!?

I don't think this company understands the nature of some of the services they claim to provide and the meaning or importance of a timeous delivery.

I personally feel that this is ********** to say the least because I would never have purchased this gift box if they hadn't offered the same day delivery service.

The essence of sending a surprise gift to cousin went in vain because of this company's incompetence.

Their corny nonchalant emails and annoying automated voice answering system just causes more injury to insult!

I blame the owners cause judging from the reaction of the staff, this seems to be usual business.
