Absolutely PATHETIC and that's putting it in a rather nice way, I cannot even rate them a 1 star, serious ridiculous how one must struggle to not only get through to these people but also try redeeming an order placed a week and a half ago, which was meant to be delivered on Tuesday the 9th of February for my dad's birthday, which was on the Friday the 12th. Not only did they deliver the wrong item but after having spent close to an hour wasting my own airtime trying to correct the fault, I was promised that they would have the delivery by Thursday the 11th before my dad's birthday. Thursday came and I kept phoning to confirm delivery and they kept telling me it would be delivered, NOTHING happened, so I again had to phone Friday extremely upset by then, as I now was empty handed on my dad's birthday which was already unacceptable after placing the order in advance to avoid something like this. The gift was expensive and personalized. I then spoke to another lady that apologized and said she would personally handle it to be delivered TODAY Tuesday the 16th of February as no one had logged anything as promised so a sooner time was not available. She said she would send with a box of chocolates which was very sweet but literally all I have received was the box of chocolates, STILL no trace of the gift I ordered!!! No answers to my calls or emails???? How the hell is this company still running??? I am definitely NEVER ordering from this pathetic excuse of a gift delivery company again, it's disgusting how you cheat your customers!!!
