How can online site allow payments to go through without OTP's. a ********** transaction was done on their site with my card and they have been of no help at all. The same ********* tried this on Bottles and I was sent an OTP pin which means the ********* was not able to make the transaction. They have my money, they confirmed the order was cancelled however my account was debited anyways. Makes you believe they were helpful but does not care for their customers. They do not want to refund my money (THEY DID NOT SEND OUT THE ORDER) or then send me the stupid order the ********* made. PATHETIC service and I will never ever order from them again.
