Forgot to deliver goods

Hi , So its the first time that I used the Net-florist in Rooderpoort , it was the worst experience I had , I placed an order on the 26 to deliver on the 27th , to the value of R724 , I orders a bunch of flowers and a hat box with goodies inside , they delivered just the flowers at pm on the 26th and coincidentally forget the box of goodies , and have that delivered this morning , what is the point of this service if you not on time and deliver in such odd hours and say you forgot , but the payment you dont forget to take , i am utterly disgusted with your services , I will never order from you again
