If you need a gift delivered on time. Look elsewhere! Their service is pathetic and no feedback is given as to whether or not there will be a delay in delivery. If I had not called to query/track my order I wouldn't have been advised that delivery would not be made. In all my correspondence with them I requested that they should give me a call should there be any problems, yet there has been no follow up whatsoever.

Why bother asking clients to specify a delivery date when they know they can't deliver.
