Flowers wilted the next day

Good day<br> <br> I am a big fan of Netflorest, usually the flowers last 2 weeks at least, however I purchased some flowers 2 weeks ago and 2 days after I got them they were already showing signs of wilting, even though in a vase with water.<br> <br> Please contact me to discuss.
