Flowers were dead and a rude delivery guy

Im unhappy with the condition that the flowers came, It was quite embarrassing to send a gift with flowers that are nearly dead.. on the other hand the delivery person was so rude to her. Ive never got such a bad service from this company but yesterday was the worst
