Flowers paid for but never delivered

Appalling service ordered flowers for my mother's birthday in advance. On the day of delivery, no flowers arrived, nor was an email ever sent as to why this would be the case or that the delivery was delayed.

For a company who advertises making people's days special this is extremely ironic and given the R900 price paid for a bouquet of flowers unbelievable.
