Flowers ordered look nothing like the picture

I ordered a gorgeous arrangement from the online store for a friend who had recently lost a family member. The bouquet cost over R1000. The arrangement the person received however looked absolutely nothing like the flowers i had ordered. This is the second time Netflorist has put up a pretty picture and delivered utter ****! This is false advertising and if they cant deliver what they show on their website then they shouldn't bother doing it at all. Extremely embarrasing for me as the arrangement looked cheap and messy!!
