Flowers ordered for Anniversary

Hi <br> <br> I ordered flowers for my Wife for our Anniversary. <br> <br> The flowers were ordered by 9:30am and requested that the flowers be delivered before 3:00pm. <br> <br> According to the emails received from NetFlorist they only left the building at 03:26pm, and delivered after 4:00pm. <br> <br> My wife was no longer at work, and the surprise was ruined.<br> <br> I normally use local florists, but thought to give NetFlorist a try... what a disappointment.
