FLOWERS ORDERED, bud still closed

I ordered a flowering plant for my daughters birthday, the picture, shows a flower with multiple buds in bloom, they called me yesterday to say the colour wasnt available and if I would like to.change to red, i agreed, they then sent a flower in a single bud that has not bloomed yet, pity I can't post the picture here, really SAS to see them stoop to these levels
