Flowers OF SHAME from Netflorist

I ordered very nice lilies and roses in vase on the 22/01/2015 to be delivered on the 26/01/2016.<br> On the 26th Midday I was given a call by a Netflorist to tell me that they do not have the flowers I ordered.<br> The flowers were supposed to have been delivered by that time already. The agent suggested a different range and I had no choice but to accept what was \available". So my order was late and the flowers I ordered were incorrect. My friend"
