Flowers not the size I ordered & extremely late delivery

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and a some additional goodies. Firstly, they delivered my order extremely late. I had requested for a special dilvery time, and yes I was informed that the delivery time is not guaranteed. But for them to deliver my order after 6 in the evening??? Secondly, I ordered a large size of flowers and what I received was NOT a large size at all. I am very disappointed.
