Flowers not received

I ordered flowers Yesterday for my friend at work at 11:16 to spoil her for her wedding. At 18:56 it says delivered. Our company isnt even open that time. We close at 16:00. I emailed 3 times already and no i am not going to phone and waist my airtime as the flowers is already so expenssive. She has not received her flowers. I want a refund or thise flowers delivered ASAP Today during office hours. We close at 13:00 on a Friday.
