Flowers not delivered!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Thursday evening for delivery on Monday. I was called on Monday afternoon to say they were sorry they had no drivers and they would deliver Tuesday with an extra box of chocolates. The delivery was not made on Tuesday! It is now two days late. The excuse- 'they had no flowers'- this is unacceptable! Very disappointed in this service!
