FLOWERS NOT DELIVERED

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a business associate in Paris, France after confirming with Netflorist twice that they were able to undertake international deliveries. I was assured they could and was delighted to receive an email the same day stating that the flowers had been delivered and signed for by the recipient herself.<br> <br> However, the flowers were never delivered and the recipient had no idea about this so-called delivery :(<br> <br> I called Netflorist to investigate and received a phone call this morning admitting that the flowers were not delivered.<br> <br> Shocking service and worse still sending an untrue email!<br> <br> Definitely will not be using Netflorist again!
