FLOWERS GO MISSING

My son ordered flowers and chocolates for his girlfriend in Bloemfontein at UFS through Netflorist. Was suppose to have been delivered on the 7th of March. After 4 phone calls made today, nobody can tell me where the flowers are or when they will be delivered. They refuse to give me the florists's name and when they phoned the florist no one answered the phone
