Flowers dying upon delivery

<p>Order ********** 76</p> <p>I am really not impressed with the quality of the flowers delivered to my wife for our wedding anniversary today.<br /> <br /> The rose petals have already started to fall off and the bouquet has only been delivered at 1.27pm today. A person pays a hefty price for flowers and you get a poor quality product!<br /> <br /> I expect a proper arrangement be delivered. I am really not impressed with Netflorist.<br /> First you do not process my voucher and then you deliver poor quality flowers. REALLY NOT IMPRESSED!!!<br /> </p>
