Flowers doesn't even last 24hours

I ordered roses and chocolates for my mother in-laws wedding anniversary. yesterday it was delivered around noon, this morning the flowers are wilted. I am so discussed with this. You pay so much for the product and delivery and is wont even last 2 or 3 days.
