Flowers delivered with no cake

I recently ordered flowers and a smal red velvet heart-shaped cake for a special lady. Only to find out today that she only received the flowers and no cake was delivered! I phoned Netflorist today to find out what is going on, the call centre lady asked me to hold the line... after 5 minutes of holding on I hung up. Please call me back urgently and sort out delivery. No communication was received as to why only the flowers was delivered. Order number: ***
