Flowers dead after 24 hours, no response

Flowers (12 roses) delivered for birthday on 11th February. 24 hours later, 3 stems already dead. Phoned service line, after constantly being told to hang on (about 20 mins in total) was told that a manager would get back to me as he was just going into a meeting.<br> Still waiting 24 hours later...
