I placed an order for Valentines day and it was only delivered yesterday afternoon. I was totally upset and frustrated that i was not informed what was the delay for the order not being delivered. I had to call numerous times to find out what as going on. I will never use Net florist again. When the order was finally delivered yesterday afternoon. The water in the Vase was dirty. Terrible service
