Flower Gift nightmare!

I ordered I amaryllis flower online @ Netflorist Cape Town as a gift for my friend, it was her birthday.The pot was delivered to her and did not look at all like the picture, it was not a flower it was a bud that still needed to grow(I was not informed of this as I was placing my order), there were no white stones surrounding the flower as advertised and overall a very bad experience.I will never support this company again.They ruined the gift and experience I wanted to create for her on her birthday. Customer support was not helpful and their solution was to return the pot with the bud and give me a refund.

Don't trust their advertising or trust them to make a loved one's gift special.
