First time - Last time

<p>Ordered something special for a friend who really needed cheering up. Delivery confirmed - Upon asking her if my gift surprised her, she responded that she never received anything. Called customer service where I was told that the florist never received the order. So how could it have been delivered then? Very annoyed and embarrased - First time buying from Netflorist and also my last time</p>
