First time I use Netflorist, what a disappointment

I placed an order to surprise my husband on his birthday today. He received the wrong parcel. I called the call centre who was going to let me know what's happening, haven't heard anything. My husband says they are collecting the wrong parcel but I have no idea if he will be getting the right one. How disappointing that the first time I use Netflorist the delivery is incorrect.
