First time dissapointed

Hi All

I arranged flowers for my wife as it’s my anniversary today.

I contacted the call centre to inform them that she has an event today unplanned that she will only be home after five.

I was told that three attempts will be made to deliver the flowers to her today.

I received a message at 13:30 that the flowers has been signed for.

I asked my wife and she said she told the driver via WhatsApp to deliver at 530pm.

To my surprise I contacted the call centre and found the driver got my Neighbor to sign.

This ruined the whole part of gifting and making it special for her.

I’m not happy with the R100 credit, nor am happy that the delivery driver got someone else to sign for a gift that was not meant for someone else.

I am not using netflorist again. This is my first time very disappointed.
