FIRST TIME

This was my first time using you guys. My concern is, I paid for a same day delivery and the gift was delivered the next morning. Why pay for a same day of I'm getting an overnight service? IAlso it would be great if you guys could send the person sending the gift, a picture of how the gift look before sending it out. I have no idea in what condition the git looks,especially now that it was overnight.
