First order disappointment

I was a bit disappointed that the bouqette i ordered wasnt an exact replica as that of the advertised picture in their catalogue. I was already disappointed that for my first order, they didnt have the vase, second the roses were bruised and some flowers already wilting. Third i lacked volume and the ribbon bow that was supposed to be inbetween the flowers were non existant. When they contacted me about the vase, i said dine but i hope the flower arrangement will be the same. They assured me it would but it wasnt. Flowers started wilting immediately next day. So i dont think i will buy feom Netflorist again. I will stick to Woolworths and make my pwn bouqettes.
