First and Last Time User of Netflorist

Netflorist just messed up laterally the most simplest of thing i asked them to deliver flowers to my Wife for our Anniversary that is on the 23 of October they delivered it on the 16th of October and when i Complained about it the Lady just told me that its my own fault because i did it online !!
