First and last time time using Netflorist

Giving netflorist 1 star is too many. Zero stars seems more appropriate. I had ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for my partner. The scheduled delivery date was 14 February, hence Valentines Day gift. The entire day, the status of the order said “in production”. The package was delivered after 9pm. I tried contacting customer service all day. They took 4 hours to send the first reply in which they asked for my order number and other details. I sent it within 3 minutes, and I am still awaiting their reply to it.

Customer service is poor, communication is poor and delivery service is poor.

I will not be using netflorist again. It was my first and last experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.
