First and last time I will make use of NetFlorist

Good day<br> <br> I am not one to easily complain, however I am really unhappy with the service, or lack thereof that I received from NetFlorist.<br> <br> I ordered 3 hampers for a work colleague and paid almost R1000.00 for it. Only 2 items arrived and we were not informed when placing the order that the third would be late. The 2 items were tiny and look terrible. The third does not even have the same balloon as advertised. The bear was squashed and bag had awful crease marks on it.<br> <br> When I phoned a few days ago to complain about not receiving my third order, the lady could not even answer me back. She kept quiet. We were not correctly informed and for the amount of money spent, it was a waste.<br> <br> 3 Hampers/ Gifts ordered on the same day and 2 delivered the day after and 1 two days later! Terrible! This was supposed to be a gift given as whole. Not sent to some one in bits and drabs and in poor quality.<br> <br> We are really very unhappy. We chose to use NetFlorsit and we have florists next to us.
