First and last time i'm using this service

My husband orderd me flowers for 13 feb. The first time he tried to order, the site was down, and the bunch of flowers he wanted, and what he could order the following day was not the same, so because of the bad online ordering service, he had to choose another bunch. After finally managed to order the flowers, the site said that a free box of chox wil be included as it is the first time we are ordering. 13 feb came, the delivery came, but no box of chox. The delivery guy, Micle explained that he accidently gave someone elce 2 boxes, but he is going to rectify it and bring me a box soon. The flowers was delivered at 1:30pm, at 5pm there was still no chox. I phoned the callcentre, and according to them the guy was on his way. today is 48 hours after delivery, and after phoning the callcentre again, just to find out, no reckord of the chox on the system that is supposed to be send out. Yes, its only a box of chox, but its the small things in life that will give a company a good or bad review
