FIRST AND LAST TIME!

Please note that this is the very first time ever that I have used your services, and may I say, it also might be the very last! I am fuming and trying not to use improper language right now! My Order:<br> 1 x Personalised Famous Grouse (the main freaken gift) - NOT RECEIVED!!!<br> 1 x Ribbon - ?<br> 1 x Box Lindt - REC<br> 1 x Balloon - REC<br> and<br> 1 x Gift box of Biltong & Chocs - REC<br> How in the world do you deliver the add on gifts but not the actual gift! This was supposed to be a surprise for my husband and you guys just ruined the whole idea! If your goal is to ruin your customers special days, then well done! You just had! The effect of all of the gifts are lost, even if they somehow miraculously find the missing bottle in the driver's van! At first they just tell me that Bernice did sign for it (when I phoned), makes everything my problem now? After it was your slip up!! I am still waiting to hear where my gift is! As far as I am concerned, this is theft! I have paid for something which I have not receive! So in other words, my money was solen! Together with the awesome experience that my husband was supposed to have! Thank you for NOTHING! From an unsatisfied customer!
