First and Last ....

So.... i always buy my wife flowers by myself..... and for once decided to order her some as a surprise..... what a complete and utter waste of time, money.... and create nothing but frustration..... order was paid for around 8:45 on the 2nd of November ....supposedly ensuring delivery on the same day(before 12 as the site boasts) by 15:30 surprise surprise no phone calls from my wife saying what a grat husband i am..... calls to their call centre....yes sir ....your order which i assume would have been dead by now.... not delivered..... but promised by 16:30.... nothing ..... so by 17:45....by which time i was with my wife.... the security at the office park receives a calls there is a delivery.... which actually wasn't delivered..... email received we will deliver tomorrow apologies.... it is now 15:05 on the 3rd of November still no delivery.... and in the time i have been on hold i have typed out this entire e-mail....while the call centre agent checks with her driver..... IF YOU HAVE A ROMANTIC BONE IS YOUR BODY AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.... the dude selling flowers on the side of the road will be getting my full support in future
