Felt like they just threw random flowers into a vase :( NOT WHAT I ORDERED!

I ordered a "Happy Mother's Day Purple Wooden Box", which on the website looked fantastic. Not only were the flowers suddenly yellow instead of pink and purple, but there was also no box and no card. I feel completely **********. This isn't what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed.
