Fathers Day Mug

On the 16th of June 2020, I ordered a personalized mug from Netflorist, I was informed that it would be delivered on the 18th. I was then advised that I would receive my mug on the 21st of June. I viewed the mug and realized that it was the incorrect one and I advised them that I had received the wrong mug and they then informed me that they would collect and replace the mug on the 24th. On the 25th I called to ask what was going on and they then advised me that my mug was still in production and would only be delivered on the 29th of June 2020.

This mug was initially meant to be a Father’s Day gift for my grandfather but I could not give him anything.

I have never experienced such inconsistency and inconvenience in my life
