Father’s day gift not delivered!!!

I had a Father's day gift that was supposed to be delivered in Mahikeng on the 18th (Friday) and wasn't delivered, I didn't even get a call from Netflorist to apologize for the inconvenience. When I track my order still says "sent out for delivery". When I call them they say it can only be delivered on Monday which is waaay late it's past Father's day and won't even serve its purpose anymore. Now my father won't receive a fathers day gift on fathers day like other dads I'm beyond disappointed.
