Father's Day Gift Not Delivered

I ordered and paid for a Father's Day gift for my Dad last week. Almost a week later he has still not recieved the package. The Customer Call Centre has confirmed that the package was delivered to the wrong address however they have not beeen able to resolve the issue in a week.
