Fantasic service

We ordered 4 bunches of 100 red roses to be delivered in Gauteng & Cape Town on valentines day as a prize for a competition. Dali assisted us with the order, and when I advised him that I would only have the delivery addresses on the evening of the 13th, he committed to calling me regularly on the 13th to ensure I could get through to him and that they had the addresses before COB. I was sceptical, but without fail on the 13th I received my calls from him as committed which meant the ordering and deliveries ran completely smoothly! He was also fantastic at keeping me up to date via email. Thanks Dali, we will definitely make use of Netflorist again thanks to you.
