False mother's day adverti*****t

I only wanted to purchase flowers for my mother. Once at the checkout a pop up came up telling me if I purchase more than R500. 00, a free chocolate would be added.

I proceeded to buy an additional item to get to the promotion. Once the order was placed and delivered the promotional chocolate was not included.

When I contacted Netflorist, they said firstly the order was not in Johannesburg, after I queried the location that the delivery address falls within the Johannesburg region only then Netflorist said the additional item (promotional chocolate) I purchased was not part of the promotion.

I do feel the feedback from Netflorist led me into a false adverti*****t and lead me to buy more than what I wanted through the false adverti*****t popup.

This will be the last time I will ise Netflorist.
