False info on website

I went onto the site this morning and ordered flowers from the site under \same day delivery"tab (this indicates that the flowers will be delivered today. i waited the entire day and nothing was delivered - i checked my proof of payment and see that it is dated delivery for the 18th - i call the call centre and speak to a consultant who cannot assist me - and can only deliver on wednesday - this defeats the purpose of me even buying the flowers when i could have got it from woolies for much cheaper. The consultant the told me that there is no managers available they all have gone home??? during working hours??? then i need to wait 5-7 working days for a refund of MY MONEY that was paid to you!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BY LATEST 17:00 TOMORROW - Failure will result in me visiting your Witkoppen branch at 8am on Wednesday!!!! You guys suck for misleading customers with your website and further for not having a manager available during working hours."""
