FALSE CLAIMS & ADVERTISING - MYSTERIOUS LOGISTICS???

On Monday 21 January 2019 at 11am I ordered a Thank You gift to thank friends for hosting us for the weekend in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria. Despite NetFlorist's claim that flower orders can be delivered the same day in the immediate area of Gauteng (including Pretoria East), should orders be placed before 12noon. My order (which I assume was prepared at the Centurion branch) was only delivered on the morning of 23 January at 11:08am. Even though I had been promised PRIORITY delivery would take place on Tuesday, 22nd January. I am just dumbfounded at how it can take 2 full days to deliver from Centurion. Something is amiss with their logistics management and possibly the drivers. The gentlemen who answered my call to follow up was cordial and helpful. I am very weary to use them again and would rather spend a bit more money on a reputable service. GOODBYE NETFLORIST!!!
