False advertising & theft. Taking legal action.

I ordered 4 birthday gifts 3 days prior to the delivery date. Call agents (specifically Brenda and Warren) assured me more than twice all would be delivered on time. Two of the four gifts arrived, nothing has been done about the remaining 2 gifts. I paid over R1000 for gifts that were not delivered and Netflorist hasn’t answered my emails, nor are they taking my calls. I received **** emails reporting the gifts had been delivered while I was at the delivery address and received nothing. I will be taking legal action and I welcome anyone who wants to join me in a class action law suite as I know they have done this before.
