FALSE ADVERTISING SAME DAY DELIVERY!!

I am very dissapointed, absolutelly disgussed with your brand promise vs delivery. I've ordered a same day delivery for my daughters birthday. I forgot my purse at home and made an internet transfer to pay for the gift. After paying I've contacted you to request if you received my payment, you confirmed you did. Then told me you will only be able to delivery my gift tomorrow!!! I will NEVER use you again and I will make sure to talk about my expeirience with you. Your guy even told me he can deliver if I have an address which falls under late deliveries which is in Randburg and not Roodepoort where I stay! Absolutelly disgussed with your bad exprience. To request a refund takes up to 5 working days! I am terribly dissapointed with your no care attitude!
