False advertising *******
I ordered a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my sister's 60th birthday with a special message for 11 February. What was delivered was an absolute embarrassment and did not remotely resemble what I had ordered - the flowers were of poor quality and already drooping. Worse was that my special message was not used and the greeting card was signed in a scribbled handwriting from my sister! She had no idea who they were from. I sent a detailed email to Netflorist expressing my unhappiness, providing them with photographs of the droopy kitsch flowers that were delivered and asked that they rectify the matter immediately. Needless to say, they have not bothered to respond. This is my first time to complain on a public platform about poor service delivery, but as it was an expensive lesson to learn, I would like to caution other consumers against doing business with Netflorist. Their poor review rating on Hello Peter and Facebook speak for themselves. No warm and fuzzy feelings here Harold, you have totally ruined a special moment! And judging by their poor response on Hello Peter, they don't care either.
